Collaborative station for the polishing process
Design and manufacture of a work station for the cobot polishing process. It consists of two automatically adjustable work bases depending on the product, where the operator can work together with the robot. The process contains two phases with different abrasive discs.
Disc swapping is done automatically by a disc removal station and a disc loader station. Both contain an inspection area to check that the process has been carried out correctly.
